Pursuant to section 191 of the Public Works Act 1981, I hereby, as the Minister of Local Government:

1. authorise that the land vested to the Wellington City Council described in the Schedule hereto, being land currently held as road, be applied to a secondary use of a historic reserve under the Reserves Act 1977; and
2. that section 18 of the Reserves Act 1977 shall apply to the said land.
