Pursuant to section 87U(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, sections 41(1) and 42 of the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 31 October 2017, I give notice that Tom Forster, Manager, International Connections, Ministry of Transport, has granted Polynesian Limited (trading as Samoa Airways), of Apia, Samoa, an Open Aviation Market Licence to carry on scheduled services and non-scheduled flights for an indefinite term with effect from 8 November 2017.
