Pursuant to section 92 of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, I, Chai Chuah, Director-General of Health, issue the following notice, effective from 1 February 2017.

Notice

1. This notice shall be read together with the notice titled “Appointment of Director of Area Mental Health Services” (“principal notice”) (New Zealand Gazette, 15 December 2016, Issue No. 118, Notice No. 2016-go7077).
2. This amendment to the principal notice extends the expiry date from 31 January 2017 to 31 March 2017.
