Pursuant to section 101D(3) of the Education Act 1989 (“Act”), and acting with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I hereby extend the date by which the school must hold an election for a student representative under section 101 of the Act for Western Heights High School (151).

The election must be held by 17 November 2017.

This notice takes effect on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
