Under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989, acting under delegated authority, I revoke the notice of direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the Kirwee Model School (3397) Board of Trustees, as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 May 2016, Issue No. 44, Notice No. 2016-go2846.

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
