I, Louise Upston, Minister of Corrections, declare, under section 30 of the Corrections Act 2004, the land described in the Schedule and the buildings on that land to be a community work centre to be known as the Mangatoa Road (Pahiatua) Community Work Centre.

This notice takes effect from 23 March 2017.

The following parcel of land in the Wellington Land Registration District:

Part of that parcel of land in the Wellington Land Registration District containing 388m², more or less, being Lot 37 DP 281 and being all that land comprised and described in Computer Freehold Register WN581/96.
