In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 and Crank Cycles Limited (in liquidation) (“mortgagor”):
Bikes International Limited (“mortgagee”) is the secured party under a security agreement dated 4 September 2014, pursuant to which the mortgagor granted to the mortgagee a security interest over all goods supplied by the mortgagee to the mortgagor.
The mortgagee hereby gives notice that they entered into possession of the mortgaged goods described below on 28 August 2017:
All goods, being bicycles and bicycle parts and accessories supplied by the mortgagee, located at Crank Cycles, The Mall, Cromwell.
The address to which communications relating to the mortgaged goods may be sent is Bikes International Limited, PO Box 53023, Auckland Airport, Auckland 2150.
