I intend to remove the following limited partnerships from the Register under section 98A(1)(a) of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008 on the grounds that these limited partnerships do not comply with section 8(4) of the Act.

EDMAT 2015 LIMITED PARTNERSHIP – 2625291
ST INTERNATIONAL TYRE LP – 2543337
VIZCAYA LP – 2564501

Unless, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, written objection to removal of any of the above-named limited partnerships is delivered to the Registrar by 30 November 2017 (being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice), the Registrar is required to remove these limited partnerships from the Register.
