Notice of Intention to Remove Charitable Trust From the Register

Pursuant to Section 26(2) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957

Charitable Trust No.: 2538252

We, Vivian Judith Fatupaito and Andrew John Hawkes, liquidators of the trust, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 26(2) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the trust from the New Zealand Register.

Any objections to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 2 June 2017.
