Pursuant to section 103 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, the NZ Transport Agency gives notice, with effect on and from Wednesday 22 February 2017, that the section of new road described in the Schedule is declared to be State Highway 1N.

Schedule

Part of State Highway 1N in Kapiti Coast, commencing immediately north of its intersection with Te Kowhai Road at new route position 1011/0.00, travelling in a generally southerly direction to rejoin existing State Highway 1N approximately 0.65km south of Poplar Avenue at new route position 1011/16.07. The length of road to be declared is 16.1km.
