Pursuant to section 43(1) of the Road User Charges Act 2012, Navman Wireless New Zealand Limited is approved from 1 November 2017 as an electronic system provider to:

1. provide electronic distance recorders; and
2. issue electronic licences.

This approval is on terms and conditions agreed between Navman Wireless New Zealand Limited and the RUC Collector.
