Land Transport Rule: Traffic Control Devices 2004 – Cycle Signs and Markings (April 2017)

Pursuant to sub-clauses 4.4(4) and 5.4(1A) of the Land Transport Rule: Traffic Control Devices 2004 and a delegation from the NZ Transport Agency, I, Glenn Bunting, Network Manager, authorise the installation and maintenance of the traffic signs described in Schedule 1 and the road markings described in Schedule 2 of this notice.

Schedule 1 – Signs

W16-7.1 Cycle path crossing

Drivers should look both ways for cyclists on the cycle path or shared path.
