Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, on 24 January 2017, under a general security agreement dated 21 March 2014, John Michael Gilbert, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed as receiver and manager of certain property of Grant Duncan Lockart.
