Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Marcus McMillan and John Fisk, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of NGA HONONGA MARAE (CHARITABLE) TRUST (in liquidation) by the High Court at Whanganui pursuant to Part XVI of the Companies Act 1993 and section 25 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 on 15 November 2017 at 10.47am.

We fix 22 December 2017 as the day by which the creditors of the trust are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
