Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Stephen Douglas Young, of RSM New Zealand (Auckland), Chartered Accountants, was appointed liquidator of the above-named incorporated society, pursuant to section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, on 29 September 2017 at 4.30pm.

A certificate of solvency was signed by the executive board of the society at that time.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 3 November 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the society are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made.
