Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Malcolm Hollis and Marcus McMillan, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of WHAKAORANGA (in liquidation) by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, on 24 August 2017 at 10.26am.

We fix 5 October 2017 as the day by which the creditors of the trust are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
