Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 25 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957

Notice is hereby given that, on 21 August 2017 at 10.03am, Christopher Carey McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both RITANZ accredited insolvency practitioners of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of MANGERE COMMUNITY HEALTH TRUST (in liquidation) by an order of the High Court at Auckland pursuant to section 25 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 18 September 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named charitable trust are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
