Peri Micaela Finnigan and Boris van Delden, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of SL, PPL, DL and PHL following solvency resolutions by the companies shareholder(s) and joint and several liquidators of SML on 9 August 2017 at 5.00pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators fix 22 September 2017 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have in the liquidation.
