Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 88 of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008

John Albert Price was appointed liquidator of LION (NEW ZEALAND) LP by resolution of the limited partner on 30 June 2017 at 2.00pm.

The liquidation reflects the limited partner’s desire to finalise the affairs of the limited partnership.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is given that the liquidator does fix 7 August 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the partnership are to make their claims and establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
