An application, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, has been received for the removal of an easement.

The applicant claims the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.

Easement: Right of way over Lot 2 DPS 6502 coloured yellow and blue on DPS 6502 comprised in Computer Freehold Register SA13D/475 (servient tenement) appurtenant to Lot 1 DPS 80164 comprised in Computer Freehold Register SA64C/1 created by Transfer S506806 registered on 10 February 1971.

Circumstances: The dominant tenement has become physically separated from the servient tenement due to subdivision shown on DPS 80164.
