The owner of land adjoining the bank of the Oroua River in the Manawatu District has applied to me to bring part of the dry bed of the Oroua River contained within the applicant’s title under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and issue a Computer Freehold Register for it in its name.

Description of Land Applied for: 1771 square metres, more or less, shown as part Lot 2 LT 472216, being part of the former bed of the Oroua River adjoining Part Subdivision 5B Section 153 Town of Sandon comprised in Computer Freehold Register WN51D/299, Manawatu District.

I hereby give notice of my intention to bring the land applied for under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and issue a title for it in the name of the applicant unless a caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 5 December 2016.
