Land Transfer Act Notice

The applicant described below has applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of an easement.

The applicant claims the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.

If no objections have been received before 11 March 2016, the Register will be updated to record the easement as redundant.

Applicant: Searle Holdings Limited, c/o Fortune Manning, PO Box 4139, Shortland Street, Auckland 1140.

Easement: Right of way and power and telephone services easements over part Lot 3 DP 482114 marked “C” on DP 482114 comprised in Computer Freehold Register 667630 and appurtenant to Lot 2 DP 181191 and Lot 3 DP 187890 comprised in Computer Freehold Registers NA112B/790 and NA118A/26 respectively and specified in Easement Certificate C171373.5 registered on 3 August 1990.

Circumstances: The dominant tenements have become physically separated from the servient tenement as a result of subdivision shown on DP 181191 and DP 187890.
