Land Transfer Act Notice

The applicant described below has applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of a right to take and convey water easement.

The applicant claims the right to take and convey water easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.

I intend to remove the right to take and convey water easement described below on 4 April 2016 if no objections have been received before that date.

Applicant: Shotover Country Limited, c/o Anderson Lloyd, PO Box 201, Queenstown 9348.

Easement: A right to take and convey water over parts marked “T”, “V” and “W” on DP 491188 and a right to convey water over parts marked “K”, “P”, “R”, “S” and “U” on DP 491188 appurtenant to Lot 300 DP 459652, Lot 1 DP 459652, Lots 134–155 DP 480834, Lots 177–186 DP 480834, Lots 398–399 DP 480834, Lots 16 and 160 DP 384954, part Lot 502 DP 480834 (formerly Lot 17 DP 384954) and part Lot 503 DP 480834 (formerly Lot 17 DP 384954) specified in Easement Certificate 8410792.5 – 9 February 2010 at 9.00am.

Circumstances: The dominant land has become physically separated from the servient land as a result of the subdivision of DP 386956.
