- Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which shall remain vested in the Crown;
- Pursuant to section 116, declares the portion of roads described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped; and
- Pursuant to section 52(1)(d), declares that the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby set apart for conservation purposes, subject to the Conservation Act 1987, and shall remain vested in the Crown
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
