Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 13 and Schedule 1 of the Cadastral Survey Act 2002 (“Act”), I have reappointed

Vicki Nalder, of Blenheim

Antony Paul Nikkel, of Motueka

as members of the Cadastral Surveyors Licensing Board of New Zealand for a term of three years commencing on 1 December 2016; and appointed

Neale Charles Thomas Faulkner, of Auckland (existing substitute member)

as a full member of the Cadastral Surveyors Licensing Board of New Zealand for a term of three years commencing on 1 December 2016; and

Belinda Mary Greer, of Whangaparaoa

as a full lay member of the Cadastral Surveyors Licensing Board of New Zealand for a term of three years commencing on 1 December 2016; and, pursuant to clause 4 of Schedule 1 of the Act

Adina Thorn, of Auckland

as a substitute lay member of the Cadastral Surveyors Licensing Board of New Zealand for a term of three years commencing on 1 December 2016; and

Craig Kenneth McInnes, of Christchurch

as a substitute member of the Cadastral Surveyors Licensing Board of New Zealand for a term of three years commencing on 1 December 2016.

The appointments of Neale Charles Thomas Faulkner and Vicki Nalder are made on the recommendation of a body representing licensed cadastral surveyors pursuant to section 13(2)(a) of the Act.
