Pursuant to section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I, Jeremy Salmond, Treasury Solicitor, hereby give notice that on 9 December 2015, Gabriel Makhlouf, Secretary to the Treasury, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Finance and Peter Hughes, Secretary for Education (acting under delegation from the Minister of Education), gave approval under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, in relation to section 161 of that Act, for Waitaki Girls’ High School Board of Trustees to acquire a maximum of 200 shares in Springhill Forest Investment with an estimated current value of $35,200.00.
