Pursuant to section 22 of the Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Act 2011, the Minister supporting Greater Christchurch Regeneration gives the following notice.

1. Title—This notice is the Land Use Recovery Plan Amendment Notice.

2. Amendment—Amendments have been made to the Land Use Recovery Plan to make Figure 4 “indicative only”, to remove Appendix 1 of Volume Two, and to update the status of the 50 actions.

3. Inspection—The amendments to the Land Use Recovery Plan are available on the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet’s website:
