as a member and deputy chair for a term commencing on 1 April 2016 and ending on 31 March 2019; and

Peter Drummond

as a member for a term commencing on 1 April 2016 and ending on 31 March 2019; and

Te Arohanui Cook

as a member for a term commencing on 1 April 2016 and ending on 31 March 2018; and reappoint

Angela Hauk-Willis

as a member for a term commencing on 1 April 2016 and ending on 31 March 2018.
