Nags Head Horse Hotel Limited (“Nags Head”), the mortgagee under Mortgage 8576760.1 (North Auckland Land Registry), gives notice that on 5 April 2016 it is deemed to have entered into possession of the land at 131–149 Anzac Valley Road, Waitakere, Auckland, being the property described in Computer Freehold Register 80938.

Nags Head entered into possession pursuant to its right under a notice issued under section 119 of the Property Law Act 2007 and by an order, given under section 137(1)(c) of the Property Law Act 2007, by the High Court at Auckland on 29 July 2016.
