Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993

Registered Office: Accountants Hawkes Bay Limited, 27 Austin Street, Onekawa, Napier.

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993, the Registrar will be removing the above-named company from the Register on the grounds that the duties of the liquidators have been completed and the liquidators have delivered the documents referred to in section 257 of the Companies Act 1993 to the Registrar.

Any objections to the removal, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be lodged with the Registrar together with the grounds for such objection no later than by 10 January 2017.
