Gazette.govt.nzIn accordance with section 220 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 and a delegation to me by WorkSafe New Zealand, I give notice that I have exempted persons from compliance with the provisions of the Health and Safety at Work (Asbestos) Regulations 2016 that are specified in the Schedule to this notice.
The exemptions take effect on Thursday 20 October 2016.
