Notice of Appointment and Retirement of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, on 25 May 2016 at 2.30pm, under a general security agreement dated 19 April 2016, John Michael Gilbert, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed as receiver and manager of all present and after-acquired property of the company.

Pursuant to section 8(1)(a) of the Receiverships Act 1993, on 25 May 2016 at 3.55pm, John Michael Gilbert retired as receiver and manager of the property of the company.
