Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager of Partnership Property

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday 11 May 2016, John Trevor Whittfield, insolvency practitioner of Whittfield Associates, was appointed as receiver and manager of all of the property of BLG & KM JOHNSON PARTNERSHIP (in receivership), pursuant to a security agreement dated 29 May 2009.

The Property in Receivership is: A security interest in collateral of the partnership.
