Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 28 November 2016 it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that UPTON ALUMINIUM LIMITED be liquidated and that Peter Hugh Lopdell, of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 28 November 2016 at 5.00pm.
