Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Tony Wayne Pattison and Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountants of Napier, were appointed joint and several liquidators of KAWHATAU LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 6 April 2016 at 10.24am.

We fix 13 May 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
