Land Transfer Act Notice

An application under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952 has been received for the removal of an easement.

The applicants claim the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.

If no objections have been received before 10 July 2015, the Register will be updated to record the easement as redundant.

Easement: Right of way over Lot 53 DP 326360 Certificate of Title 329910 marked “C” and “D” on DP 326360 created by Easement Certificate H683204.1 registered on 26 September 1986 as appurtenant to Lot 1 DP 347807 Certificate of Title 196246, Lot 2 DP 347807 Certificate of Title 196247, Lot 3 DP 347807 and ¼ share Lot 7 DP 347807 Certificate of Title 196248, Lot 4 DP 347807 and ¼ share Lot 7 DP 347807 Certificate of Title 196249, Lot 5 DP 347807 and ¼ share Lot 7 DP 347807 Certificate of Title 196250, Lot 6 DP 347807 and ¼ share Lot 7 DP 347807 Certificate of Title 196251 and Lot 8 DP 347807 Certificate of Title 196252.

Circumstances: The dominant tenements have become physically separated from the servient tenement as a result of subdivision of DPS 44925.
