Land Transfer Act Notice

An application under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952 has been received for the removal of an easement.

The applicants claim the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.

If no objections have been received before 23 May 2015, the Register will be updated to record the easement as redundant.

Applicants: Janet Leslie Oliver, Timothy Ian Oliver and Grant John Calvert, c/o Lewis’ Law, Barristers & Solicitors, PO Box 529, Cambridge 3450.

Easement: Water supply easement over Lot 2 DPS 62253; marked “B” on DPS 62253 comprised in Computer Freehold Register 89070 (servient tenement) in favour of (now) Lot 1 DPS 73395 comprised in Computer Freehold Register SA59A/507 (dominant tenement) specified in Easement Certificate B123950.9 registered 2 February 1993.

Circumstances: The dominant tenement has become physically separated from the servient tenement as a result of subdivision shown on DPS 73395.
