A Proclamation

Pursuant to section 26 of the Public Works Act 1981, I, Lieutenant General The Right Honourable Sir Jerry Mateparae, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the existing easement interests described in the Schedule to be taken for the functioning indirectly of a road and to vest in the Crown on the 14th day after the date of the publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.

Canterbury Land District—Selwyn District

Schedule

1. The rights created by Easement Instrument 8120050.8 over 0.8279 hectares being part Lot 2 DP 411377 (part Computer Freehold Register 442405); shown as “G” and “H” on SO 482383 appurtenant to Lot 7 DP 411377 (Computer Freehold Register 442410);
2. The rights created by Easement Instrument 8120050.9 over 0.2171 hectares being part Lot 5 DP 411377 (part Computer Freehold Register 442408); shown as “C” and “D” on SO 482383 appurtenant to Lot 7 DP 411377 (Computer Freehold Register 442410); and
3. The rights created by Easement Instrument 8120050.10 over 0.2005 hectares being part Lot 6 DP 411377 (part Computer Freehold Register 442409); shown as “E” on SO 482383 appurtenant to Lot 7 DP 411377 (Computer Freehold Register 442410).
