- Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be taken for severance and incorporated in the land in Computer Freehold Register 579185 subject to Notice 9288017.1; and
- Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 579185
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
