Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jemma Cooper, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Hamilton City Council, excluding mineral interests reserved by section 8 of the Mining Act 1971 and section 5 of the Coal Mines Act 1979.
