Gazette.govt.nzPursuant to section 338(1)(a) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation to be known as the Rotomahana Parekarangi 6O 2B Tarawera Trail Māori Reservation, for the purpose of a public walkway known as the Tarawera Trail and carpark for the common use and benefit of the people of New Zealand.
