Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jemma Cooper, Land Information New Zealand:

1. Pursuant to sections 116(1), 117 and 120(3), declares the portion of road described in the First Schedule hereto be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register TN144/69 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. Pursuant to sections 116(1), 117 and 120(3), declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register TNB1/212.
