Pursuant to section 6(3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Hutt City Council hereby amends the notice dated 28 October 2014 authorising the exchange of a reserve for other land, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 6 November 2014, Issue No. 136, Notice No. 2014-ln6756, by deleting all references to

“DP 474203”

in the First and Second Schedules of the notice, and substituting such references with

“DP 484841”.
