Under section 6(3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and acting under a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Kapiti Coast District Council amends an error in the Schedule to the notice headed Classification of Reserve—Marine Gardens, dated the 17th day of April 2014 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1 May 2014, No. 44, page 1303, by deleting the words

“(Computer Freehold Register WN601/21)”

from the description of Lot 2 DP 16665 in the Schedule and replacing them with the words

“(Computer Freehold Register WN601/22)”.
