1. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA575/34 subject to Mortgage 8054122.1;
2. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 157375 subject to Mortgage 8703555.2;
3. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA4A/122 subject to Mortgage H749242.
