Podiatrists (Fees) Notice 2015

Pursuant to Part 6, sections 130(1) and 131(1) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 (“HPCA Act”), the Podiatrists Board makes the following notice.

N o t i c e

1. Title and commencement—This notice may be cited as the Podiatrists (Fees) Notice 2015 and shall come into force on 30 July 2015.

2. Fees—(1) The Podiatrists Board has set the following fees, payable to the Board, specified in Schedule A.

(2) The Podiatrists Board has set the following new fee specified in Schedule B.

3. Tax—Inclusive of goods and services tax fees are shown in Schedules A and B.

4. Revocation—The above notice revokes and replaces the Podiatrists (Fees) Amendment Notice 2013 published in the New Zealand Gazette, 3 October 2013, No. 137, page 3756.
