Osteopathic Council (Fees) Notice 2015

Pursuant to Part 6, sections 130(1) and 131(1) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 (“HPCA Act”), the Osteopathic Council makes the following notice.

N o t i c e

1. Title and commencement—This notice may be cited as the Osteopathic Council (Fees) Notice 2015.

(2) This notice comes into force on 9 July 2015.

(3) The Osteopathic Council (Fees and Disciplinary Levy) Notice 2014 published in the New Zealand Gazette, 16 January 2014, No. 4, page 135 is revoked.

(4) The Osteopathic Council (Fees) Notice 2015 published in the New Zealand Gazette, 22 January 2015, Notice No. 2015-gs346 is revoked.

2. Fees—(1) The fees set out in Schedules A and B are payable for the matters to which they relate.

(2) The fees payable under this notice are payable to the Osteopathic Council.

3. Tax—The fees set out in Schedules A and B are inclusive of goods and services tax.

New fee, including competence review and investigation costs (to be calculated on a cost-recovery basis by averaging out the cost of ensuring the council’s obligations under the HPCA Act, with respect to ensuring competence is met, including the undertaking of competence reviews).
