Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 13 October 2014, which was granted under those Regulations to Andrea Jackson in respect of Wgtn Regional Aquatic Centre Creche (60364), situated at Kilbirnie Crescent, Kilbirnie, Wellington.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
