as a layperson member of the New Zealand Psychologists Board a for three-year term of office commencing on the date of this notification; and reappointed

Monica Davis

as a layperson member of the New Zealand Psychologists Board for a three-year term of office commencing on the date of this notification; and reappointed

Dr Monique Faleafa

Dr Lancelot Miller

as health practitioner members of the New Zealand Psychologists Board for terms of office commencing on the date of this notification and ending on 16 September 2018.
