Pursuant to section 9(1)(i) of the Oaths and Declarations Act 1957 (“the Act”), I hereby authorise the holders for the time being of the following offices in the employment of the NZ Transport Agency to take statutory declarations under the Act:

Certification and Licensing Manager.

Commercial Transport Manager.

Commercial Transport Advisor.

Regional Administrator.

National Manager Workplace Services.

Manager Workplace Services.

Workplace Specialist.

I also hereby revoke all such previous authorisations granted to employees of the NZ Transport Agency.
